Design & Develop: Designing and developing your home is exciting. Once our construction agreement is in place, we'll get started on translating your vision into working drawings. We'll also write project specifications and begin contacting additional professionals such as engineers, architects, or designers to ensure it meets all building laws and requirements.
Pre-Construction: The Pre-Construction phase is essential in any construction project. We will guide you through the process, helping you choose cabinets, trim, flooring, interior colors, and more. Although this part of the process seems daunting, our team has years of experience and can advise on what will look good, what will perform well, and what will keep you within budget.
Construction: There's nothing more gratifying than seeing your home finally taking shape. And now that construction has begun, you can sit back and watch as your dream home becomes a reality. Welcome Home: The day you've been waiting for is finally here! All the paperwork has been signed, and it's time to move into your new home. But before you start unpacking, we'll do one final walkthrough of the property to ensure that everything meets your expectations. We'll also go over the owner's information and any warranties that come with the property. Once everything has been checked off your list, it'll officially be time to start making yourself at home.
