MEET DAN
As Vertex’s owner, Dan Marjanen is at the center of the action. His main focus is on business development and customer care. Dan’s biggest motivation is seeing customers smile when they walk into their new or remodeled home.
Dan’s career in construction started at a very young age. With a father that owned a home building business, you could say Dan was born with a hammer in his hand. As he grew and became more involved in his father’s business, he learned invaluable lessons about commitment and adversity that comes with owning a business. Dan attended St. Cloud University and earned an associates degree in business management and a bachelor's degree in finance. After a few years working as a Bank Examiner, his passion for building and improving homes got the better of him and Vertex Contracting was born.
Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Kate and their 7 kids. When he isn’t working, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, homesteading or playing in the great outdoors.
